Isniya Sapkota

Isniya’s motto

My motto is ‘Empowering minds, redefining beauty.’ I believe that beauty is not just about how we look, but how we make others feel especially when it comes to supporting youth mental health. I want to use the power of beauty to remind young people that strength starts within. When we care for our minds, we discover a kind of beauty that inspires confidence, compassion, and hope the kind that truly changes lives.
