Iona’s motto

A quote I will always hold dear to my heart is a quote by Oprah Winfrey that goes: “Think like a queen. A queen is not afraid to fail. Failure is another steppingstone to greatness.” This is something that I always remind myself when I feel like i’ve fallen short--that this is an opportunity to grow and to raise myself higher than where I currently am!

When I have days off from work and school, I spend lots of time by the ocean with my family here in the Philippines, learning more about life by the water in our fishing village.
