48th Miss Intercontinental in Sharm El Sheik - Egypt

It was a big surprise when MIO announced that instead of India, the 2019 Miss Intercontinental will be in Sinai Peninsula or simply named Sinai, which belongs to Egypt and is geographically a part of Asia. As MIO had in the past already a strong relation to Egypt, especially to Sunrise Group it was a logical consequence after the Host in India asked for postponement which then could not be accepted due the number of contestants. 20th December 2019 is the Finale Night when Karen Gallman from the Philippines will crown her successor.
